Samuel Navracruz

Sam Navracruz is an Associate at WestExec Advisors. Before joining WestExec, Sam served in Congressman Seth Moulton’s District Office as a Caseworker Fellow in addition to the Department of State as an Intern in the Bureau of East Asia and Pacific Affairs. He also supported the Negotiation Task Force, and later Anadyr Horizon, in their operations in Kazakhstan and Armenia, co-leading negotiation simulation exercises for regional international business executives and producing reports on nuclear arms control.

Sam graduated from Northeastern University with a B.A. in International Affairs and a minor in Chinese. While at Northeastern, he had the opportunity to study international conflict in the United Kingdom, disaster resiliency in Japan, and mandarin in China. His interests include China’s history and its foreign policy in Southeast Asia, global nuclear proliferation, and intractable conflict.
