Rebecca Edelston Skoryanc

Head of Operations and Strategy

Rebecca serves as the Head of Operations and Strategy at WestExec Advisors and has been with the firm since its founding in 2017.

Previously, she was Special Assistant and Director of the Next Generation National Security Leaders Program at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS).

Prior to joining CNAS, Rebecca served as Assistant to the Vice President and Director of Strategic Studies at the Center for Naval Analyses. Previously, she served as Research Assistant to the Managing Director of the Washington Institute for Near East Policy.

Rebecca holds a master’s degree in Security Policy Studies from the George Washington University, and a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University in International Relations and Middle Eastern Studies.
