Mike Woicekowski

Deputy Director of Operations

Mike Woicekowski is a Delaware native and adopted Midwesterner with a broad range of experience across national security, economic policy, and both state and national politics. He currently serves as Deputy Director of Operations at WestExec Advisors.

Prior to joining WestExec, Mike held a variety of roles in federal and state government, as well as in the political sphere. Most recently, he served as White House Liaison and Advisor at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), where he helped align personnel and policy priorities across the agency. Before USAID, he was Acting Executive Secretary and Deputy White House Liaison at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he played a key role in interdepartmental coordination and appointments.

Earlier in his career, Mike served as Midwest Finance Director at the Democratic National Committee, leading fundraising operations across a pivotal electoral region. At the state level, he served as Director of Special Projects at the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation and as Special Projects Liaison to Governor Tony Evers, supporting a wide range of policy, intergovernmental, and personnel initiatives.

Mike holds a degree in International Relations with a minor in Economics from American University.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, boxing, discovering new restaurants, and exploring Washington, D.C. with his rescue dog, Blue.
