Dana Gansman

Senior Operations Associate

Dana serves as the Senior Operations Associate. She most recently spent over 8 years in the Senate and House in various operations and logistics roles, including her nearly 4 years with the House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis where she both set up and closed the Committee as the Clerk & Director of Operations.

Among her roles on Capitol Hill, Dana worked as both a Director of Scheduling and Administrative Director for senators and served on the 2017 Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies where she managed the Congressional volunteer recruitment and training strategy and execution. She also spent time off Capitol Hill working in government relations for a trade association and started her career as a Special Assistant in the Executive Office of the Brookings Institution.

A proud New Jersey native, Dana attended Syracuse University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, with a concentration in international security & diplomacy, and Latin America and the Caribbean. She also minored in environmental policy studies.
