With extensive leadership experience in the U.S. Air Force and a deep understanding of national security, defense strategy, and emerging technologies, they will provide invaluable counsel to clients navigating the evolving global security landscape and developing the tools to meet critical U.S and allied security needs.
General Kelly recently retired following 38 years of distinguished service in uniform. His final role was as Commander of Air Combat Command. In this capacity, he led a global organization responsible for ensuring combat-ready air, space, cyber, and intelligence forces. His service also included leadership positions as Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, multiple assignments in Europe and the Pacific, and six combat deployments. A command pilot with over 6,000 flight hours, General Kelly has extensive expertise in operational readiness, defense innovation, and high-performance leadership.
General VanHerck, who recently concluded his tenure as Commander of U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM) and North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), brings a wealth of experience in homeland defense, security cooperation, and aerospace operations. Throughout his career, he has commanded at multiple levels, including the 509thBomb Wing, and has served in key strategic roles such as a Director on the Joint Staff and Vice Director for Strategy, Plans, and Policy at the Pentagon. With a deep understanding of both operational and strategic defense issues, General VanHerck has been instrumental in coordinating defense efforts across multiple domains, from air and missile defense to global strike capabilities.
